Chef Miguel Hidalgo, founder Chef of Escama Tulum Cantina de Mar, created this space to bring his passion for Mexican cuisine & innovative proposal of flavors, colors, textures, and techniques to create magical experiences with friends & family by the heavenly beaches of Tulum.
